I want to give kudos to Sam and Mark. We had our air ducts cleaned after moving into our new home last spring; they probably hadn’t been cleaned in almost 30 years. Sam was very friendly and answered my numerous questions. I recently had my HVAC serviced from a different company and he seemed to think the return duct was still dirty, showing me a photo that was pretty dimly lit. I called alpine and they had Mark come out within a business day and double check the initial duct cleaning. Sure enough, the return looked clean to me, so seems that my HVAC tech just took a really poor photo. I once again had a ton of questions and Mark actually went up into my attic to look at the ducts himself, which was above and beyond. Overall Alpine has been there through the long haul so I really appreciated them being so hands on.

Alpine (specifically, Mark) went above and beyond to make sure my condo was mold-free before moving in. When I had a mold test done as part of the buyer's inspection, one type of mold tested so high that I thought for sure I would have to back out of the sale. Alpine checked and re-checked every nook and cranny in the condo, couldn't find a source, and ended up coming to the conclusion that the mold was in the staging furniture. They were right - once the furniture was removed and they did basic remediation, spore count went down to zero. I didn't pay for the remediation (that was the seller's responsibility), but I saw the cost and thought it was super reasonable.

For anyone wondering - the staging company was Hoosier Home Stagers, and I've heard through the realty world grapevine that my condo was not the first case of this that their furniture caused.

Alpine came out to remediate a small amount of mold identified in the home inspection. The title company cut them a check and they scheduled the work quickly. They were great to work with
