My partner and I just purchased a new home and, unfortunately, mold was found in the ductwork during the inspection. The previous owners also smoked in the home, so we knew we needed to take immediate action. Alpine Maintenance Group came highly referred by our real estate agents and they absolutely did not disappoint! The crew was here the entire day today thoroughly cleaning every inch of our HVAC system. They also ran sanitizer through the ductwork to make sure all microbial growth was removed. Our house smells brand new and it's such a wonderful peace of mind to know our system is clean and functioning at its best, especially before the winter months.

The team was so professional, courteous, and hard working while here at our home. They cleaned every surface they touched after the remediation, and it looks like they weren't even here. Everyone in the office from booking to payment was a delight and made it all so easy. I can't recommend Alpine Group enough!

Dave and Alpine cleaned out our ducts and did incredible work. They got me scheduled within 5 days and the process was seamless. Kenny and Jose were incredibly professional, kind, and courteous throughout the entire project. They were in at 930 AM and out by 2 PM completing a 6,000+ sq ft job. Efficient and high quality work.

We had Alpine Group do mold remediation in our attic after we purchased a new home. There was an unfortunate incident where a worker lost their footing and a container was accidently dropped through our ceiling in the process. Alpine contacted me immediately and made sure the ceiling was restored to its previous condition and the hole was patched in three days! The contractors they sent were fantastic! I received multiple calls from them apologizing and making sure the problem was remediated to our likeness. Alpine stands behind their work and were a pleasure to work with!

Had a great experience with Alpine Group from beginning to end. Bought a condo that had mold on the drywall around the furnace ductwork. Mark was able to come out during the inspection process to help identify the problem and came up with a few solutions. He definitely eased my mind about moving forward with closing on the property. Sam and Jose did a fantastic job cleaning our HVAC ducts! We recently bought an older home and desperately needed the ducts cleaned to get rid of lingering smoke smells from a previous owner and help with my husband's terrible allergies. Not only did they clean our ducts, but also cleaned up after themselves too. They vacuumed and had everything looking even better than they arrived. Sam did a great job educating us about our system and making sure everything was taken care of appropriately.

Our home is 130 years old and a bit of a beast to tackle. We've needed our ducts cleaned ever since we had to trench our basement and kicked up a bunch of dust. With two furnace units and a patchwork of ducts, we've had multiple vendors turn us down over the couple of years we've been in the house, due to the difficulty and size of the job.

From the start, Alpine Group's office staff were phenomenal– Heather was on top of the communication and scheduling was painless; I even got a call the morning of when the techs were running a few minutes behind due to the snow.

Scott, José, and Austin were absolute pros who managed to knock out the entire job in a day, and even took the time to address some extra issues they noticed with our furnace and ducting; rattling and poor seals, plus dust in the actual machinery. They also found a duct that was absolutely full of construction debris– nails, drywall chunks and even 6-inch pieces of 2x4– that they fully cleaned out, filling and hauling a hefty garbage bag.

We've had other duct cleaners in this house since we moved in and Alpine was the first to notice! They are not the bottom dollar vendor, but I'm confident no one is more thorough and will absolutely call them again, especially with these guys at the helm.

I called Monday about an issue with my sump pump, the came Tuesday to inspect, and thanks to a cancellation at another site they were able to do the work Wednesday.
