Dave and Aileen Adams, longtime Indianapolis residents, bring decades of business experience and hands-on leadership to Alpine Group. Prior to Alpine Group, they owned a property management company that managed more than $250 million in residential real estate. Together, they have four adult children and share a strong commitment to family, their employees, and the customers they serve.

Dave Adams oversees Sales and Operations. A native Hoosier, Dave is a graduate of the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. His attention to detail and passion for customer care are at the heart of Alpine Group’s approach to service. When he’s not working, Dave enjoys spending time with his family and watching sunsets on Lake James.

Aileen Adams is a CPA and oversees all aspects of Alpine Group’s financial operations. She earned her accounting degree from Florida Atlantic University and completed postgraduate studies at the University of Florida. Outside of work, Aileen enjoys spending time with her children and extended family in Florida.
